Cameroon’s head coach Clarence Seedof finally published his 23 man list for 2019 African Cup of Nation to take place in Egypt with key striker Vincent Aboubakar as a major absentee. The 27 years old FC Porto forward was injured six months ego but managed to be preselected in the group of 32 players that made the first list. Officials of the team wished that his injury could permit him play the competition though he might not be in top shape but could be a psychological booster to his team mates, but unfortunately the scorer of Cameroon’s winning goal against Egypt in the finals of AFCON 2017 will not be part of the African champion’s expedition, together with team mates like Moumi Ngamaleu, Jeandot Fuchs, Pierre Akono, Steve Régis Mvoue, Simon Omossola are also scraped from the list.
